GIRO Promotions 2015

1. The GIRO Promotions 2015 (“Promotion”) is organised by Singapore Computer Guys Pte Ltd (“CG”).
2. This Promotion is only valid for CG’s clients (“Client(s)”) who have registered for GIRO from 1 May 2015 to 30 June 2015 to process subsequent financial transactions to CG. In addition, these Client(s) will have to meet the following requirements:
   • Client(s) is a first-time sign-up for GIRO transactions to CG
   • Client(s)’s application for the GIRO registration is approved by their respective banking partner
   • Client(s) who make monthly payments to CG (“Regular(s)”), must make a minimum of three (3) successful financial transactions to CG via GIRO in the first three (3) months upon confirmation of a successful GIRO application
   • Client(s) who make annual or half-year payments to CG (“Retainer(s)”) must remain in GIRO for at least three (3) months or till the next financial payment to CG, whichever is later.
3. Under this Promotion, Client(s) is able to enjoy 20% off one (1) Monthly IT Services Subscription (“Discount”). Similarly, Retainer(s) will enjoy the Discount for one (1) monthly payment of the total sum.
4. Regular(s) will only be able to redeem the Discount for invoice(s) issued by the end of October 2015.
5. Retainer(s) will only be able to redeem the Discount for the subsequent invoice upon confirmation of a successful GIRO application.
6. CG reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without any prior notice, at its own discretion.
7. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
